Phnom Penh: In the context of Cambodia combating the outbreak of corona-19, AMK Microfinance Institution Plc. still continually provides the sustainable financial services to the customers with high responsibilities and we also strongly take action of all announcement and guidelines released by Ministry of Health of Cambodia. Likewise, the institution has introduced measures to promote the safety and healthy of its customers and employees. What is important, AMK has, at the same time, introduced customers to use the AMK Mobile App in order to be aligned with social distance which was guidance by Ministry of Health of Cambodia.

We support and implement all regulations that have been announced by Ministry of Health of Cambodia in order to prevent the outbreak of coronavirus. For instance, to avoid the face-to-face encounter, AMK has introduced AMK Mobile App, allowing customers do financial services online such as bill payments, phone top up, money transfer, loan payment and other financial services anytime and anywhere.”
Mr. Borann also emphasized that “The welfare and safety of the customers and staffs are our priority. So far, we have produced a lot of educational contents about how to prevent ourselves and reduce risks from coronavirus. The contents have been published on AMK’s social medias and media partners.”
He continues that “Instead of being shocked and scared, I would encourage all Cambodians to try to understand well about the Covid-19 and strongly commit how to prevent their families and society from the spread of the virus.” On this occasion, he would like to sincerely thank to Cambodian government, as well as Ministry of Health, the relevant Ministries, the local authorities, the doctors and the medical staffs for their dedication and hard work to protect and save Cambodian people.
